Under the Commercial Agents and Private Inquiry Agents Act 2004 (CAPI). Most of our highly trained private investigators possess either a law enforcement or military background.
Licensing laws for private investigators are state-based — we co-ordinate licensed private investigators in each state, with licensed partners in Queensland and Victoria.
